About Me

Hi, I'm Sonia. I am a clinical nutritionist by profession, with a BSc in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis, and an MSc in Nutrition Science from Boston University. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work across both clinical and wellness settings, managing a wide range of health conditions and supporting individuals through their most vulnerable moments.

Early Professional Experience

My experience working as a registered dietitian in long-term care and dialysis centers in the U.S. left a lasting impression. I saw older adults struggling not just with illness, but with deeply human challenges—loneliness, poor appetite, cognitive decline, and a healthcare system that rarely spoke their language. It became clear to me that aging with dignity required more than just medication—it required trust, structure, and a sense of community.
